El ambiente es tranquilo y muy adecuado para estudiar, ya que yo soy profesora.
Muy cerca del piso está el edificio SA RIERA de LA UNIVERSIDAD DE LAS ISLAS BALEARES
El apartamento es muy grande (150 metros), cómodo y luminoso.
La vivienda está muy cerca de calle Jaime III,hay supermercados,playas,tiendas y autobuses.
La parada del bus del AEROPUERTO está a pocos metros.
Hay internet WI-FI (INTERNET sin cables). Las habitaciones tienen cama, armario empotrado y mesa de estudio.
Las zonas comunes son espaciosas y hay balcón con sitio para sentarse a desayunar
