Fantástico apartamento de 200 m2, totalmente equipado, en un edificio catalogado, en el corazón del Barrio Gótico. Hay 2 habitaciones dobles de 25m+30m muy agradables y luminosas, exteriores y soleadas (orientación Sur), con balcones y terrazas en la calle Avinyó (debajo de Ferrán). Están totalmente amuebladas: cama doble 200X150 (ó 2 camas individuales si prefieres), armario doble, mesas grandes de madera, edredones nórdicos y cubre-nórdicos, sábanas y toallas, etc. Tenemos ADSL/WiFi, y Calefacción en invierno. Hay un gran Salón con TV LED 32" y DVD, 2 Baños completos, Cocina totalmente equipada (2 neveras, horno, microondas, etc.), gran Comedor, Lavadero con Lavadora y Lavavajillas, Teléfono (con llamadas locales y nacionales gratuitas), y Ascensor. También tenemos Mujer de Limpieza que viene cada semana. Es un piso muy espacioso y luminoso, con techos altos y suelo de mosaicos, y está muy bien situado, cerca de la Universidad Pompeu Fabra, de las Ramblas y de la Playa. TIENES QUE VERLO!!!
