2 habitaciones amuebladas (una con baño) piso en valdebernardo, a 100 metros de la parada del metro y a 25 minutos de sol con accesos a la m-40 y a la a-3. zona muy segura y tranquila con todo tipo de facilidades (centro comercial a 10 minutos andando). rodeado de parque forestal. piso acogedor y completamente amueblado. se alquilan dos de las tres habitaciones del piso, ya que uno de mis compañeros se ha tenido que ir fuera por motivos de trabajo y el otro finaliza su estancia a mediados de junio. yo tengo 27 años y me gustaría que las personas que entren colaboren en crear un buen ambiente en casa. prefiero una persona no fumadora, sin animales y con sentido común.
2 furnished rooms (one with bathroom)flat in valdebernardo,100 meters far away from the metro station and 25 minutes from sol with accesses to m-40 and a-3. the neighborhood is pretty safe and quiet, with all kind of facilities(10 minutes walking from the commercial center). surrounded by a forestal park. cozy and fully furnished apartment. two out of the three rooms in the flat are for renting, since one of my flatmates had to go out of city due to laboral issues and the other one ends his stay in mid of june. i am 27 years old and i´d like that the people that enter in the house collaborate to create a good environment at home. i´d rather a non smoking person, without animals and with common sense.
